| Thomas M Henry, born in Peoria in 1953, is a Woodruff High School graduate. He went on to complete a bachelor’s degree of Science in Political Science and Theater from Illinois State University. Tom was selected as the coveted Lincoln Academy Honoree for the Senior Class of 1975. At Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois, Tom achieved his Juris Doctor degree in 1978.
