BILLING
- It is our desire to have an open understood arrangement
with regard to attorneys' fees. We are more than happy to discuss
our fee structure in detail, provide what items we can with regard
to an expected fee for anticipated legal work, whether it be by
appropriate hourly change or some contingent or fixed fee basis.
Our statements also include costs or incurred on behalf of the Client
by actual expenses during the period in question. We are always
available to discuss our billing arrangements and seek to obtain
affordable, efficient services for our clients. |
